Prototype API playground

POST to /api/inference to record the prototype's simulated routing result. No language-model provider is called: model IDs are simulated labels, the response echoes up to 80 characters of your trimmed prompt, and energy, carbon, water, and savings values are modeled estimates rather than measured impact.
